Job Overview
We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to join our team. From start to finish the Team will look to you as our guide through the project process. Our typical projects range from $100K to several million dollars in value. They may be very simple product deliverables to complex engineered solutions with several subcontracts associated. We are looking for someone who has experience in robotics and industrial automation with an interest, too a hands-on approach, in the technical aspects of the business.   

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. We view the Project Manager as a crucial component to our success to develop, deliver and maintain our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to be a foundational member of our team. You will have the opportunity of working with and educating likeminded individuals in the delivery of leading-edge industrial automation technologies.

o Represent the company in a professional manner.
o Adhere to company and departmental policies and guidelines.
o Provide leadership through development of department related standards, procedures, and best practices.
o Support Sales, Service, and the broader Engineering team’s efforts.
 Attend meetings with customers, sales staff, and vendors.
 Network and develop strong working relationships with customers and vendors.
o Carry out assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision.
o Ensure that the quality, safety, and industry standards are adhered to.
o Educate and/or provide formal training to team members.
• Project Management
o Review, seek clarification, and provide feedback on specifications.
o Communicate with all disciplines (Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Technicians, Quality, etc.) throughout the Proposal/Project process.
o Execute assigned projects to meet customer satisfaction, quality, schedule, and cost.
o Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
o Provide on-site Project Management as required.

• Education/Experience
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management.
o 4-6 years of career experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
o Education and/or Experience in an industry related technical field is a huge advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to travel, both domestic and international, 15% to 25%
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a plus
• Familiarity with ISO, Robotic System design and safety procedures and industry standards a plus
• Familiarity with Solidworks, AutoCAD, or other a plus.
